You express a very high degree of intelligence in desiring to understand the laws of life. When you discover some part of these laws, you’ll ascend the scale of intelligence as you make use of your knowledge. A person who perseveres through difficulties and emerges successful, manifests higher form of intelligence than the one who gives up and lives a miserable existence. Intelligence is present in all human beings but it can only increase by being used. A developed will is the tool for manifesting intelligence.

The more intelligent you are, the more things you can do for love. A stupid person with love may only have two options to help a loved one because he can’t think of a third option. An intelligent person with love is more able to save or empower the person he loves because he has more choices and no lack or limits. Knowledge is power, and all power is meant to serve love. Therefore being powerful or intelligent is the most loving thing you can do. Those who are intelligent can be truly loving with their decisions.

The secret of secrets is the consciousness of secrets. All the truths about life are not secrets, but they are hidden from us due to our ignorance. By thinking about the discovery of truths as a search for the secrets, we motivate our subconscious mind to go on a treasure hunt. The greatest treasure in this world is wisdom, and life is to be played as a treasure hunting game. Treasures are meant to be appreciated and so when you think of truths as secrets, your appreciative mindset will draw them all to you.

faith and confidence. That is why the first mental principle to work on is faith and confidence. When you have that, you’ve everything else.

What most people in great failure need is to have their courage restored, renewed.
The discouraged have their backs turned toward the light, so that all
the black shadows fall across their path. They are walking in their own
shadows instead of in the glorious sun of God’s light and love. They
need mental treatment, treatment that will let the light into their
souls and show them what they still can do. The first step to rise into is courage and then the rest of the other powers will be returned and ready for utilizing.

Good motives play a most important part as they safeguard a person on his upward way. But good motives cannot take the place of good sense and relieve him of the necessity of thinking. He must develop judgment and discrimination. There are things he must know, and he must use his knowledge, or difficulties will follow no matter how noble may be his intentions. Intelligence is the key that manifests power, and a good person without intelligence is powerless. To do good, one must have knowledge.

When a person has motives that are very bad but he has perfect knowledge of the thing he is going to do, he will succeed at it with the least difficulty. When a person has the best of motives but he has no knowledge of the various things he has to handle to accomplish that which he wants, he may end up doing a lot more harm than good. That’s why ignorant people do more harm than evil people in the world. Good motives are not enough. We must know! Progress in a thing is impossible without knowledge.

Peter Seeger :The Power of Song

He is one of the US’s best known singers, a product of the folk tradition. As a singer , song writer , author and activist, Seeger has certainly given the world at large as much as any man reasonably could.

He’s lived a life rich in both adventure and creativity , and produced a body od songs such as ” If I had a Hammer (1949), “Turn Turn Turn ! (1954), Where have all the flowers gone? (1955) and a popular
arrangement of the traditional “We shall Overcome (1947) that have been wooven into US’s’ cultural fabric, mostly via interpretations by other artists.
Seeger has grammy award and a Grammy lifetume achivement award to his credit, as well as career honours from the Kennedy Center and national endowment of the arts.

He is been even inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and receieved the Felix Varela Medal, Cuba’s highest honour , for ” humanistic and artistic work in defense of the environment and against rascim.

To be recognized to scuh an extent, Seeger admits , is gratifying- to a point..”It is a nice feeling ” he says, ” but on the other hand it is embarrssing , too, because they give me too much credit . They really do . There is hardly a song I have written that I did not borrow from somebody else. And If people like “If I Had a hammer” then thank Peter, Paul and Mary for rewriting my second mate melody- and the same thing with almost every other song i have written, really”

The message is:” Mostly I urge peoplen, dont make heroes out of anybody” he concludes. ” I am sure there were mistake that Jesus made and that Budha made and Muhammad and who knows who else. And I have made a huge number of mistakes with my family , in singing and in politics.” So dont copy what I have done. ” Seeger says. ” Please , make your own mistakes ,Dont make my mistakes over again”
